Delivery
Delivery to the UK is only £2.90 per order, however much you buy. We despatch all orders by first class post, and aim to despatch all in-stock items within 1 week.
Europe & Rest of the World
We currently don't offer shipping outside the UK.

Prices on our site include VAT.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we understand there are occasions on which you may need to return your purchases.
Unwanted items
If an item is not wanted or the wrong size you should return it in an unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then refund the purchase price.
Items should be unwashed and still in their original packaging. Please be careful when trying on clothes as perfume or deodorant can stain clothing and we will not be able to accept them. Clothes that smell of smoke cannot be accepted either.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it we will happily make a full refund or exchange, including all postage. In this instance please contact us before returning your items.
Returns Procedure
Please use the following address for returns. You will need to post the item back to us, including a note of your order number or a copy of your invoice.

Please be aware you are responsible for your items until they reach us, so you should get a free certificate of posting from the post office or send as Special Delivery as appropriate.
Returns are normally processed within one week of receipt. It may take your bank between 5 to 10 business days to process the refund request.
